Terms and Conditions for buyng Land & Houses from ZILT INVESTMENT LTD.

I/we agree to complete all payment at stipulated time.
I/we agree to pay into the company's account as the company will not be liable for loses through payment to any individual.
I/we agree to be at least eighteen years of age. In case of beneficiary under eighteen, he or she can only assume ownership at the clock of eighteen.
I/we agree to be willing and able to buy land in the said location.
I/we agree to reveal the identity of the buyer, if different from applicant.
I/we agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the estate/settlement.
I/we agree to not at any time connive or attempt to break the estate/settlement rules and regulations.
I/we agree not to transfer ownership until after full payment.
I/we agree to pay monthly subscription promptly. Failure will lead to PAYING CURRENT PRICE and reallocation of another plot as the company does not refund.
I/we agree to develop the plots) in case of an estate within six month. Failure will lead to revocation of allocated plots.
I/we agree to inform the company whenever transfer of ownership is about to take place.
I/we agree not to use allocated plot for animal rearing in the case of an estate.
I/we agree to keep safely all receipts received from the company, as this will be part of the condition for allocation.
I/we agree to take care of allocated plots), failure of which will attract fees being the cost of doing same by the company.
I/we agree to convert all payments into receipts within one week, if in another city, communicate same to the company within this specified time.
I/we agree not to pay less than the stipulated minimum monthly payment as this will be regarded as no payment at all.
I/we agree to be ready and willing to pay 10% of total sum as legal fees.
I/we agree to be ready to pay the sum of N1000 (ONE THOUSAND NAIRA) per plot monthly being service charge after allocation. This is however subject to future review.
I/we agree not to tamper with any other land than that allocated as this will lead to total revocation without refund.
I/we agree not to conspire to add to the size of plot of land allocated, as this will lead to revocation and no refund and possible arrest.
I/we agree to pay additional survey/developmental fee. Developmental (fencing, electricity, road construction and estate management)
I/we agree to have completed payment in case of a building before moving in and that building will be ready six month after full payment
I/we agree that we can only move into a house on an allocated plots) after full payment of total amount and all charges
I/we agree to forfeit building in case of default in monthly payment I/we agree to pay more for any plot that is bigger than the agreed size
I/we agree that in case of default the company will relocate or reallocate in another location that sells at the initial price agreed on
I/we agree to develop the plots) within six month. Failure will lead to revocation of allocated plots and reallocation of another plot.
I/we agree to use all allocated plot in the case of an estate for no other use than building/residential.
I/we agree to make sure company's approved building plan(s), rules and regulation of the estate is strictly complied to.
I/we agree not to encroach on the estate road network or park.
I/we agree to conform to all security measures put in place by the company for the estate.
I/we agree not to tamper with any property of the estate
I/we agree not to commit, conspire or by any means engage in any activity that threatens the peace of the estate.
I/we agree to report any attempt to alter the design of the estate and report any breach of the estate rules and regulations.
I/we agree to abide by any other payment plan agreed to with the company.
I/we agree to abide by any other terms and conditions agreed to by the stakeholders on security matters.
I/we agree to enter into contractual relationship with ZILT INVESTMENT LTD, being the rightful owners of the estate.

Declaration :

I/we agree to buy land/house from ZILT INVESTMENT LTD, I have read the above terms and conditions for buying land and houses and understood. I hereby agree with the terms and conditions and above stated.
